I met Ms. McAllister in the community. I told her about my need for a estate plan. She told me that not everyone needed a complete estate plan but that she would be happy to meet with my spouse and I and discuss our situation. Well, it was a good thing we did meet with Ms. McAllister because my spouse and I had been married before and both of us had children from our previous marriages. We also had a daughter with special needs. Ms. McAllister was able to discuss all our options. The whole matter was taken care of professionally and efficiently. I’m glad Ms. McAllister was able to help our family plan for when we are gone. Ms. McAllister is “My Attorney”.

I wasn’t getting anywhere with the State of CA. I needed my original adoption papers for my enhanced drivers license and passport. I was frustrated, until I gave Ms. Gregory a call. Ms. Gregory met me at the court house and she got all the documents I had. She wrote a letter for me and researched where it needed to go and the fees to get these original documents. She kept me updated during the whole process. Next time, I’ll ask for Ms. Gregory’s help right away and save the frustration.

After my husband passed I never really used the two time shares we had enjoyed for many years. The fees kept getting higher and frankly I couldn’t afford them. I asked Ms. Gregory if she knew if anything could be done. She made many calls and finally got to the attorney for the timeshare. After her discussion with them they sent papers so I could surrender the properties and stop paying the annual fees. I know that I could have never gotten this result without Ms. Gregory advocating for me. Ms. Gregory is “My Attorney” and I’m glad to have her on my side.
